Happy St. Patrick's Day
Who doesn't like a little luck? Especially on St. Patrick's Day. We got a head start and tried this Lucky Lime Pie on Sunday. The kids said it was a keeper so I guess we will file this one away for another day. I ended up putting it in the freezer for a little bit and we liked it better frozen. This would be a nice refresher on a hot summer day.

we must think a like, I made one yesterday too, only mine didn't call for the milk and cream cheese, hope you had a lucky day.
I made this for Sunday dinner. I guess great minds think a like. I will try freezing it.
